The Alex Theatre has ADA Accessible Seating available in Row X of the Orchestra. All other seating areas require a minimum of eight stairs to access. If you require ADA accessible seating, notify the Ticket Agent at the beginning of the transaction or, if purchasing online, select from the ADA Accessible section and indicate the type of seating you require for each ADA Accessible seat.
Wheelchair access and infrared Assistive Listening Devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request. Please contact the Box Office at 818-243-7700 x216 or email@example.com at least 24 hours in advance to request these services.
Baby Changing Tables
Baby changing tables are available in the ladies’ restrooms in the Orchestra and Terrace level lobbies.
All children are required to have a ticket and separate seat with the exception of children two years old and younger who will be sitting on an adult’s lap.
As a courtesy to fellow audience members and the performers, please use discretion regarding your child’s ability to remain seated and quiet during a performance.
Concessions stands are located in the Theatre’s forecourt and Terrace level lobbies. Concessions items can be purchased using cash, credit, or debit cards.
Food and drinks purchased from the Theatre’s concessions stands are allowed in the auditorium.
Patrons who display disruptive or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the Theatre. No refunds will be issued.
The Theatre’s forecourt gates typically open one hour prior to the start time of a performance. The lobby doors open half an hour prior to the start time of a performance. Please check individual performance listings for specific information.
