Musicians at Play and Glendale Arts present Music Under the Stars in the Alex Theatre Forecourt featuring Dawn Norfleet.  The award winning jazz flutist, vocalist and composer will perform standards and original works that have pleased audiences throughout Los Angeles.

The event is FREE but space is limited.

The event is made possible through the generious grant from the Los Angeles County Arts Commission and Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich.

The Musicians at Play Foundation builds diverse communities through musical events. Support of MAP benefits its music mentoring programs as well as selected community partners – nonprofits serving vulnerable and disadvantaged youth across Los Angeles. Each year, more than 4,500 children, parents, teachers and other community members have participated in MAP’s education and mentorship programs.

The mission of Glendale Arts is to integrate the arts into the identity, growth and economic vitality of the City of Glendale by presenting programming and creating partnerships that benefit youth, patrons, artists, organizations and businesses in the community and at the Alex Theatre.
