For one evening, leave the multitasking to LACO music director Jeffrey Kahane as he conducts two double concertos from the keyboard and a third from the podium. Kahane is joined by 12-year-old Ray Ushikubo for Bach and by LA favorite Joanne Pearce Martin for Mozart. Jeremy Denk, music director of the 2014 Ojai Festival, performs Ligeti selections and Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1. Join us for feats of multi-musicality to eclipse the memory of your morning routine.

7:00pm – Pre-Concert Preludes – Your ticket includes admission to this pre-concert extra. Some Preludes will feature LIVE performances of short chamber works. All will provide interesting insights into the music and the artists.
