The Hollywood & African Prestigious Awards (HAPAwards) are awards for achievements in the film and music industry, and the Honors are awards to recognize outstanding individuals whose careers have been marked by extraordinary personal and professional accomplishments. Honorees and winners are awarded the HAPA trophy. HAPAwards honors Kings, Queens, diplomats, sports figures and celebrities. This year’s Special Guests of Honor are His Imperial Majesty, Ooni of Ife; legendary boxer Gerrie Coetzee; His Royal Majesty King Mswati III of Swaziland and head of the Swazi Royal Family; and His Royal Highness King (Dr.) Noble Odaifio Welentsi III, President and Paramount Chief of Nungua Traditional Area. The HAPAwards are designed to promote globally the blending of the cultures of Africa and the world while giving back to communities. The I Dream 4 All Foundation [501(c)(3)] is producing this year’s event and will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Ife community in West Africa, ‘A Hat Is Not Enough/The Streets Are Not the Way’ Youth Educational Project, US, and the Hurricane Harvey Victims.
