Who completed Mozart's Requiem? The answer remains shrouded in mystery, and no proof exists that Mozart ever heard a performance of his Symphony No. 39. Learn more about the enigmatic composer of these heart-wrenching and exalting masterpieces from a living musical genius. Helmuth Rilling, crowned with the prestigious Herbert von Karajan Music Prize in2011, makes a welcome return to Los Angeles on the occasion of Mozart's birthday.

7:00 PM - Pre-Concert Preludes - Your ticket includes admission to this pre-concert extra. Some Preludes will feature LIVE performances of short chamber works. All will provide interesting insights into the music and the artists.

Engage in conversation with friends and LACO musicians in the lobby after the concert. Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by LACO's distinctive sponsors. Open to all ticket holders.

Running time is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes with one intermission, and the performance is suitable for ages 6 and older. Every person, including children age 2 and younger who sit on a lap, must have a ticket. Photo/Video recording by patrons is NOT allowed.
