Balanchine Festival GOLD is part one of a historic two-part series of George Balanchine masterworks. It contains the following four works: La Sonnambula - Love, jealousy, mystery, and murder combine to great effect in this powerful one-act dramatic ballet; Concerto Barocco - Where movement personifies music; Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux - Ballet bravura!; and The Four Temperaments - A fusion of classical and contemporary movement, exploring the medieval 'humors' attributed to the human body.

Running time is approximately 2 hours with two intermissions, and the performance is suitable for all ages. Photo/Video recording by patrons is not allowed.

Any patron wishing additional information regarding the event and/or assistance with a ticket purchase may call the Alex Theatre Box Office at 818.243.2539 during its normal public hours of operation.
