In association with the Library of Congress, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and Glendale Arts, the Alex Film Society presents a screening of the restored silent classic, Sparrows, Mary Pickford's 1926 dramatic story of abused orphans.

The 35mm print will be accompanied by a live organ performance and is the only Los Angeles screening scheduled.

Also included at the event will be rare outtakes, other short subjects and unique memorabilia display.

Join us for a rare opportunity to see ‘America's Sweetheart' on the big screen of the Alex.

Running time is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes with no intermission, and the film is suitable for all ages.
