The 21st Annual Miss/Mrs. Asia USA 2009 Cultural Pageant will present over 30 delegates, ages 16 to 28, who represent the majority of the countries in the Asian continent and who will display the cultural beauty and graciousness of each of their respective cultures.

A celebration of Diversity, Beauty, Culture, Elegance and Talent, the Pageant promotes leadership, personal growth, cultural values and camaraderie. Delegates go through a series of rigorous training workshops in poise, walking and modeling, public speaking, dining etiquette, fashion and wardrobe coordination, goal setting, and health and fitness, as well as getting the opportunity to hear motivational speakers in various fields of endeavor.

The coveted Miss/Mrs. Asia USA titles are earned through hard work, demonstration of self-confidence, intelligence, dedication, beauty and elegance, and the Miss/Mrs. Asia USA Cultural Pageant - with its lavish parade of National Costumes, the grace and elegance of the Evening Gown Competition, and the sensational Swimsuit Competition - displays the rich ethnic diversity of our society and gives a glimpse into the multitudes of rich Asian cultures that surround us today.

The pomp and pageantry of this event extend throughout the year for the reigning Miss/Mrs. Asia USA, The Ambassador of Culture and Goodwill, as she will grace a myriad of special public appearances to promote unity, culture and goodwill throughout the country.

Running time is approximately 3 hours with no intermission, and the event is suitable for all ages.
